Busy Days...

So, we go to the zoo... ALOT! I think we have memberships to like 3 different places! It's so worth it to have a zoo pass because if it turns out the kids are crazy or it gets too hot and we leave early, we can always come back another day without feeling like it was a waste. It's very nice to be able to get friends in too! (July 2, 2010)

This is a picture of Emilie and Jackson, her best friend- and neighbor who lives right across the street. (For now... they are moving this month, we are sooooo sad.) They are the cutest friends, and they play so great together. (July 7, 2010)

So we were waiting for a group to get done taking pictures, so I could get this picture of Em with the gorilla. All of a sudden the group just starts laughing, I turn around to see Emilie sucking on the gorilla's nipple. Of course, I'm totally embarrassed and get Em off it... While she is explaining to me "I just nursing from that big monkey, mom."

It's actually kind of amazing I got this picture. I think they were laying out on their towels like this for 3 seconds before they were up running around again. Cute for those 3 seconds though! (July 8, 2010)

Okay, so this is the first time I took Kimmerle swimming that she hasn't just hated it. So I had to take a picture. So, about 20 minutes into our afternoon at the pool, I came back from going down a slide, to a sleeping baby. Can you believe she just fell asleep like this? I am not kidding, she had her afternoon nap in her floaty, IN THE WATER! She was out! (July 16, 2010)
