Kimmerle's Blessing

So just this last Sunday on March 28th Kimmerle was blessed. All of Justin's family was there, and most of my family. My dad flew out from Texas, John and Anna came down from Idaho, and Christina and Seretta were there too. My mom and Claire weren't there. But my mom made Kimmerle's blessing dress so it made it feel like a part of mom was there. Justin gave a very thoughtful blessing, the spirit was strong. Jeff (Justin's brother) and Dye also blessed their little boy that afternoon. It was a wonderful day!

Kimmerle is such a perfect little girl. She is quiet and sweet. When she smiles, she turns her head and then looks back at you, and then away- like she's being shy. I've only heard her giggle 3 times, the first time about a month ago. Of course she gets excited and squeals, but she really reserves her heart melting laugh for things that really tickle her. The first time she giggled I was blowing in her face and teasing her- which hasn't worked since. The second time I was talking, teasing, and poking her in the bouncer- which hasn't worked since. And the third time was just last Friday, March 26; we were at the BYU barber with my dad, and one of the girls who works there came over and just started talking to her. She giggled FOREVER- till it must have been too much emotion- when she put the saddest little frown on her lips and cried. So cute. My soul just seemed to melt over the whole ordeal. Her frown is as heart melting as her giggle!
